PROJECT MANAGER 

As project manager you fulfill a crucial role within our organization. The project manager is the connection between the customers and the production manager. You will create and coordinate the project planning, budgets, milestones and keep a close eye on the established deadlines. In addition, you organise project meetings with the project team at which you align the required capacity for the whole project and make sure everyone is taking care of to the last detail. As project manager you work closely together with the production manager and occasionally have similar tasks in which you technically pre-produce, execute the project on site and have contact with suppliers during this process. During the project process you are responsible for overseeing the whole project progress and you will solve any organizational challenges and monitor the potential risks.

ACTIVITIES

• Supporting and advising the client with regard to the possibilities, scope of work and the planning of projects;
• Developing a strategy for projects, both short and long term;
• Making a project schedule;
• Making a project budget;
• Determining priorities within a project;
• Organizing project meetings with the project team;
• Consultation with other disciplines within the company involved in the project;
• Coordinating the required capacity for a project in consultation with the production manager;
• Responsible for good cooperation and handover with the production manager;
• Optimizing work methodologies within the project organization;
• Solving any organizational problems;
• Monitoring the project budget and adjusting where necessary;
• Monitoring the project milestones and deadlines;
• Monitoring any risks;
• Active reporting of project progress to the project team, Head of Projects and possibly the client;
• Maintaining project-related contact with the client;
• Checking and supervising the implementation of the insurance protocol for a project;
• Delivering a project in consultation with the production manager;
• Active participation in general project team consultation;
• Active attitude in personal development in the field of substantive knowledge.

PROJECT MANAGER 

Als projectmanager vervul je een cruciale rol binnen onze organisatie. De projectmanager is de schakel tussen de klant en de productiemanager. Je maakt en coördineert de projectplanning, budgetten, mijlpalen en houdt de vastgestelde deadlines nauwlettend in de gaten. Daarnaast organiseer je overleggen met het projectteam waarin je de benodigde capaciteit voor het hele project op elkaar afstemt en zorg je dat iedereen het gewenste resultaat tot in de puntjes verzorgt. Als projectmanager werk je nauw samen met de creative project manager, de accountmanager en productie manager. Tijdens het projectproces ben je verantwoordelijk voor het bewaken van de gehele projectvoortgang en los je eventuele organisatorische uitdagingen op en monitor je de mogelijke risico’s.

WERKZAAMHEDEN

• Ondersteunen en adviseren van de klant met betrekking tot de mogelijkheden, scope of work en de planning van projecten;
• Ontwikkelen van een strategie voor projecten, zowel op korte als lange termijn;
• Maken van een projectplanning;
• Maken van een projectbegroting;
• Het bepalen van prioriteiten binnen een project;
• Het organiseren van project meetings met het projectteam;
• Overleg voeren met andere disciplines binnen het bedrijf die bij het project betrokken zijn;
• Het afstemmen van de benodigde capaciteit voor een project in samenspraak met de productie manager;
• Verantwoordelijk voor goede samenwerking en overdracht met de productie manager;
• Het optimaliseren van werk methodieken binnen de projectorganisatie;
• Oplossen van eventuele organisatorische problemen;
• Het bewaken van het project budget en bijsturen waar nodig;
• Het bewaken van de project milestones en deadlines;
• Monitoren van eventuele risico’s;
• Actief rapporteren van de projectvoortgang aan het projectteam, Head of Projects en eventueel de opdrachtgever;
• Het onderhouden van project inhoudelijk contact met de opdrachtgever;
• Controle en toezien op uitvoering van verzekeringsprotocol voor een project;
• Het opleveren van een project in samenspraak met de productie manager;
• Actieve deelname aan algemeen project team overleg;
• Actieve houding in persoonlijke ontwikkeling op gebied van inhoudelijke kennis.
