For this conference were we needed to transform a boring grey looking hotel ballroom into a room that felt wam and encorporated the company’s color settings. We created a banner frame to place in front of the entrance of the ballroom to draw attention. Together with the scenic supplier we made tech booths that could be fully branded and where easy to give product demo’s at. We also provided 8 breakout rooms with AV.
