This years Allerhande Kerstfestival was the first edition. The festival, which was almost sold out, attracted around 40,000 visitors. Three days in a row visitors could get a taste of Albert Heijn’s Christmas assortment. Commissioned by the founder of the festival, Xsaga, we provided the technical production of this initiative. No fewer than 240 transports with decors, coolers, tents, aggregates etc. were processed in the construction of more than a week. The challenge was mainly the reduction that had to take place in 1 day. By working according to a very tight logistics planning and by using transshipment sites, this tight planning resulted in success.
