Hi! Who are you and what’s your role?

Hi! My name is Milou Ermens. I’m 26 years old, born and raised in Breda and I am project back office manager at Unlimited Productions.

How did you end up at Unlimited Productions?

I previously worked at a sports marketing agency. For one of our events (UEFA Women’s EURO 2017) we collaborated with Unlimited Productions. The company immediately appealed to me. When I saw a vacancy passing by, I immediately applied and a few weeks later I started working here.

Can you tell us a bit about your day?

I’m often busy writing the production scripts for our events which contain all the relevant information for our crew, suppliers and clients (such as contact info, logistic information, transfers & parking, production planning etc.). Other days, I’m working on the crew planning for our projects, so I have a lot of contact with our large pool of freelancers and external crew companies. In addition, I’m also responsible for all the crew logistics such as arranging flights, hotels, accreditations and the necessary visas, permits and so on.

What’s the best part of your job?

The fact that no day at work is the same and that we get the chance to work on so many amazing projects, both national and international.

What makes working for Unlimited Productions so great?

The diversity of projects and the great team, but also the fact that the company is still growing rapidly. There is a lot of room to develop yourself and learn from each other, but also plenty of room for fun.

What makes Unlimited Productions different from other technical production companies?

First of all the experience (both national and international) in many different segments (festivals, public events, corporate events, sport events, TV shows & concerts etcetera). Moreover, we have a very experienced, dedicated and ambitious team with all the necessary knowledge and skills to offer full service solutions for almost every request.

What has been your favorite Unlimited Production or proceedings so far?

I started working at Unlimited Productions in February 2020, right before COVID hit us. So unfortunately, I haven’t experienced a ‘regular live event season’ yet. However, one of the productions I really liked was ‘Bij ons in Breda 2021’, a COVID proof open air concert in Breda as a replacement for Breda Live. It was a really nice summer setting with good artists in a difficult time when other (live) events were not possible.

What do you do in your free time?

I love to play sports (tennis, boxing & fitness) and traveling to new places. I’m also the chairman of the youth board at my local tennis club. We organize all kinds of activities & tournaments for our youth members. Besides, I like to go out with my friends for food & drinks or going to parties and festivals.

What inspires you?

My friends and family.

If you did not do your current job, what would you like to do?

I really love the event industry, so I’m hoping to stay in this work field for many more years. Otherwise, it would probably be something within the sports or tourism industry (for instance being a tour guide on a nice destination), since those are my other two passions.

What is one word that you would use to describe your team (or our company)?

Amazing!
