Producing the press conference meeting with only a few days before the start of the IFA and making sure the setup was out again before the opening, was the production and logistic challenge. Working closely with the local production and keep communicating was key to get the job done. This resulted in a flawless execution of the production and making the deadline to return the room for the IFA conference.
